Not saying he is right, just pointing out that others have also said aldosterone blockers aren't "true diuretics".

huh, well true diuretic or not i believe we are using it for that purpose...and by defination "A substance or drug that tends to increase the discharge of urine." i would think aldactone fits the bill....

that is interesting though, i didnt realize others considered it as a non diuretic, but i can see why one would think so....

no shit i don't have a dog in the hunt, but let me say this TJ has posted some of the most insane ripped pics i have ever seen, the guy knows how to get ULTRA shredded. and kenny is the smartest young cat i have come across in several several years.. big props to both you gentlemen!

I am honestly very interested in what they do to get so ripped diet and cardio wise while retaining all that muscle mass.

Bro, you look amaizing in those pics, ripped to the bone, congrats. it works for you.
The most important point for your condition is that you got a very low body fat so at that point almost everything you do going to look great.

You can see some people that maybe needed carb up more but they still look great to win the show, you can see what i am tolking about if you take a look of Will Harris at the Europa Super Show, his body fat was very low, he was dry but in my opinion he could ea a little bit more and look harder, but he still got the second place.
