Hey just wanted to ask a question about precontest dieting...I always hear that Nicholls, normally have people diet in a faster/shorting time period...I dont know for sure, but it seems like alot of his guys diet around 10 weeks or so...Which to me is pretty short compared to alot of guys who diet 12-20 weeks long...If anyone knows, how he diet his guys down so fast ? I mean I know there are supplements that can make you lose tons of weight fast...But im curious as how he actully does this and guys keep there muscle on...Or do guys lose some muscle on his diets ? So is he a high, high protein guy with lower carbs and maybe some fats, or cycle carbs really low for 4-6 days in a row then carb up for a day ? Anyone on the board here worked with Chad for a precontest diet ? Just curiuos as how he does things ...
