Chad Nicholls - Shorter precontest diets

Hey just wanted to ask a question about precontest dieting...I always hear that Nicholls, normally have people diet in a faster/shorting time period...I dont know for sure, but it seems like alot of his guys diet around 10 weeks or so...Which to me is pretty short compared to alot of guys who diet 12-20 weeks long...If anyone knows, how he diet his guys down so fast ? I mean I know there are supplements that can make you lose tons of weight fast...But im curious as how he actully does this and guys keep there muscle on...Or do guys lose some muscle on his diets ? So is he a high, high protein guy with lower carbs and maybe some fats, or cycle carbs really low for 4-6 days in a row then carb up for a day ? Anyone on the board here worked with Chad for a precontest diet ? Just curiuos as how he does things ...

I can tell u this, you pay $4500 for the year, and get crazy detailed diets..can't remember length of buddies, 16wk I think..but he groups his diets in 4-6wk intervals (drugs too...even deca/eq..ect) so everything changes every month

2 day cheat weekend, limit fried foods, diet seemed pretty balanced overall...if I had to guess...4500 cals..give or take

Ps. Definitely not low carb, I don't think he even cycled them to be honest

Chris, I don't know much about Chad's diet. I am doing Alex Azarian's 16 week prep. To me this is one of the easiest diets I ever had to follow. I am not starving myself and staying with the same calories throughout, while getting very lean. The only changes is bumping up cardio. I got to say, I will do this diet for every show.
