Curious to see what everyone here chooses for their music/song at their shows.
This was my jam when I competed :headbang:
Not the best for technical stuff, but I hit that in the beginning when the song was slower, then when it changed, game on

I like when people get into it and dance loosen up and have fun. Hip/Hop, some old school rap even Michael Jackson. anything that has a god beat and makes you want to move yourself.

I used Tired by Stone Sour. This year I'm looking at Fire It Up by Black Label Society, Hail to the King or This Means War by Avenged Sevenfold. You Wouldn't Know by HellYeah worked really well for the Super HW winner at my last show.

I used R. Kelly's Remix to Ignition and for my second show Atomic Dog. Going to rock out to More Bounce to the Ounce this fall. Sucks that bodybuilding just gets 60 seconds now

I had a slower pace song . Winds of change by the Scorpions. Worked out fairly well I think . First show, didn't want anything to crazy lol

That's what I am using this weekend and at Jr. nats.

Sucks routines are almost always cut down to 60 seconds now.

If I ever break the trunks out of storage, I think this will be my next song. It still gives me goose bumps almost 20 years after hearing it for the first time

Wasn't my original song pick but I heard it on the radio a show was like.. Yeah that's it's. I didn't practice as much as I should have but did get lots of compliments on my routine. A few people said about how much I had to practice it. Would have been better if I did lol
