Is Ameen Alai really a diet guru or a scam artist

Everyone knows Hany Rambod, Chris Aceto and even Chad Nicholls despite the bodies left in his wake. If this guy is so legit how come he is so young and no one knows him?
As others have said, he is/was very well known, he just goes way back and hasn't been talked about for a long time (until recently). Way back when no one knew anything about bodybuilding drugs, he probably knew a bit more than the average meathead, but by today's standards, he is not very knowledgable. A lot of these guys who are even "famous trainers" are just people who have figured out a diuretic protocol that works well, it doesn't mean they are smart to even that knowledgable overall.
 
Well if you want a guy to use a mortar and pestle to crush up some tren pellets, suck them up into a 10 mg syringe with some DMSO and inject them into your butt between the morning show and the evening show to help you "condition" then you call Ameen. True story according to Kamali. WTF!! Sure he's the real thing like a stroke.

Guru wtf. if that clown is held in high regard like that.. people are lots idiots. he’s full of shit and full of himself. I’m so sick of hearing that term guru in reference to bodybuilding. I’d take some advice from milos a guy who’s actually walked the walk and does know a lot.
 
He seems like he just tells stories of his experiences and his beliefs. not everyone has to agree thats why people pick different coaches. i dont agree with milos to take insulin preworkout i belive to take it oost work out only just my personal preference.

I didn’t say I agreed with milos in everything I just was referring to a guy who actually used the stuff himself
 
The one Palumbo video they talked about how he injected someone with something like a cart of tren or some large amount right before stepping on stage.

When palumbo had aimeen and milos both on the show to debate stuff it was laughable. I mean how nice of milos not to call him out. he could have. milos invented most the shit aimeen THINKS he knows.

have you ever tried insulin pre-workout? I have always been a big fan of insulin and used it post workout for years then came up milos method and it is hands down best method. the logic is sound. the result is obvious and the pump OMG I love it

Im not at that level anymore and I probably wont ever be. I lost that mental edge. Wont try it now but i like to hear of others experiences.

It would be one thing if he was talking about experiments and experiences but it's when he pretends to be a scientist that it falls apart for me. For example, he talks about Chinese drugs being almost the real thing but not quite. Like it's almost the real compound but yet not. Sometimes he talks about purity, say an active pharma ingredient is 97% pure, and that could be a valid point, but this "it's not quite the right compound" is when it makes no sense whatsoever. It means he doesn't understand anything, and he calls himself a scientist! Lol.

There's this other IG "expert", I think he calls himself gym station or something, who makes the same argument saying Chinese SARMs are modified to get around patents. "They changed this molecule just a little so it won't work like a real SARM"... it's ridiculous.

A while back I mentioned some fanciful bodybuilding stories that are silly but are good story material. I saw Milos posted the exact quote I was thinking of :D

The truth is that there is nothing you can take to transform yourself in minutes but it's a great story if you're in that type of mood.
 
Ameen I don’t know scientifically but the gear is different from the early 90’s to now. I had real Anavar and it was so awesome I can’t explain the difference. I legit ate what I wanted just trained and I was ripped. It was the best summer of my life. went to the beach everyday and took chicks home was awesome

Obviously you can't turn shit into gold in a few hours or even days so his story is obviously exaggerated. However you can literally transform in the space of one (or a few) hour(s). You obviously still need to have that base and muscle to begin with though. I am sure Milos if he posed at the start of the time in the video for a bit would have looked great but pale and soft/flat with no pump he may have looked very different. He used site enhancement which would have an obvious and significant effect. However just loading carbs with insulin and pumping up could have a dramatic effect.

I am nothing special at all even for just a gym rat but that should prove things even more. Meaning if I can do it someone with amazing genetics (muscle shape, volume etc) would have even crazier results. I have looked at myself at times and literally looked like shit (flat and soft) and 2-3 hours later after training I was hard, ripped and veiny and looked like a totally different person. That can be done by solely training and maybe an intra shake of aminos and carbs with some nitric oxide expanders pre/intra workout as well. However if you also add in other booster such as cialis the effect is even greater. Now add in Adenosine Monophosphate (AMP) and you will feel yourself growing (pumping up) after every set and the final fullness and vascularity is insane.

It should go without stating this only works on lean people who already have some vascularity but the changes are crazy. I don't compete but guys who do will know the tan itself can be magical as well. I once tried pro tan for a laugh when lean (should have got pics done) and it was crazy how I looked compared to no tan and that was just the tan (no added pump etc). So combine all these elements with actual site enhancement as well and the short term changes could be dramatic.

There's a bunch of different reasons why that may be your experience. Even if you buy a legit drug in a pharmacy there may be subjective differences between different brands of the same exact drug. It has been acknowledged and different explanations have been put forward. I'm not a scientist or chemist in the least but from my understanding you can't "modify" the structure of, for example a steroid hormone, and have it "kind of" be the correct compound. Either it is the right compound or it's not. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Lots of old school bodybuilders have made the claim that the Chinese hormones are never "quite real". Shit, Craig Titus claimed back in the day that pellet tren wasn't real tren.

It's not different. You simply had real anavar that was dosed correctly and was super effective. It's no different to properly dosed avar from 2020 or what will be made in 2040. All the good drugs didn't just suddenly disappear it's just now we have 1000's of brands and a lot more shit to go with the good ones. Moreover, you were probably extremely responsive to it (that is the main reason). Just the same as 30mg dbol when I was 24 hit me so much harder/better than it does to me now because I am 50 pounds heavier and I have used dbol about 20 times at different doses. I assume you were also very young which only means 101 other possible things (being able to eat what you want, being more active etc). I know you have been very lean before and recall you looking great in the past with good abs so I am sure when you were much smaller and ripped that any dose of real avar would have a dramatic effect.

I have seen it with many people. I remember taking our winny a few years ago (used it a few times before) and thought it was ok and didn't feel that much from it but it definately worked but wasn't worth the drier joints and I gave it to my newbie mate and he was shocked how strong and amazing it was. He put on weight fast and he got stronger all because it was his 2nd oral only cycle and that was just winny. When I was 25 I could take 40mg dbol and put on approx 15 pounds in 3 weeks without changing my diet and if I ate much more that would be 20+ pounds easily. 40mg dbol for me today if I am 260 will give me crazy pumps and put some water on me but that's about it. There is no chance I will be 275 in 3 weeks eating a simialr diet on it. The dbol is just as good as when I was younger I just respond differently to it. I have had amazing results from avar even in recent years and it's my fav oral.

Yeah, I actually think I mentioned that a tan was probably the biggest difference-maker. I remember once seeing a friend, now a pro, arrive at a show for weigh-ins pale as a ghost looking like "nothing". I was thinking that the fella just rolled up at the show without taking it serious. Then his coach slapped on the Dream Tan and when he walked out it was all over, won the whole show.

I have seen a lot of guys attempt last minute tricks like pumping up on insulin, or taking in lots of sodium or whatever, and IMO the changes are pretty minute. Lots of guys blame things like this too if they don't do well. In 12 or 24 hours you can do lots of damage, but not really in mere minutes IMO. Never saw someone make drastic changes one way or another like this. I know everyone talks about it happening but I never saw someone fade or tighten up considerably right there on stage.

I did a 4 week run with insulin pre and post, fast acting, and following Milos general guidelines, granted much safer doses... but the size gains I got from it were undeniable.
