I saw this thread over at rx and it turned out pretty cool. Post diet and wether its off season or contest diet etc.
Heres mine
1. 5 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey iso, 1 tbsp coconut oil
2. 2 scoops whey iso, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp pb
3. 10 oz chicken, 1 tbsp evoo, 1 tbsp macnut oil
4. same as meal 2
pre workout. 60 grams carbs from rice, chicken
intra: 40 grams liquid carb, creatine, glutamine bcaas
post: whey iso and 2 cups rice
6. turkey breast and 1 cup rice
i was eating carbs throughout the day, but im trying carbs based around my workouts and high fats during the day at the moment.
