when you say all other factors being equal... agree that prami may have been the factor that tipped you over... it does not mean that prami (via dopaminergic activity) caused the nausea. though prami can cause nausea directly.... its less common..
hypo and hyperglycemia are common issues with anabolic steroids (they can blunt insulin sensitivity and increase glucose clearance) THEN adding gh (in this case spiked natural gh production), decreasing water intake (dopaminergic activity will decrease thirst and hunger cues), etc (effects of prami) can be tipping points in either direction (depending on food (fructose, sucrose, tfa's, saturated vs. polyunsaturates..etc...), water, supplements- stims, glucose sensitizers, glucose clearance agents, electrolytes, exposure to high heat, how much cardio you are doing, meal timing, speed of food consumption, etc... can lead to tipping in either direction...
using SERMS and/or aromatase inhibitors will also have impacts on blood glucose...
