Using True Protein final 2 days of contest prep ?

Of course the final two days of contest prep are surely less emphasis on protein and more on the carb up.

That said, what are members thoughts on my using True Protein's incredibly clean Whey Protein Isolate Cold Filtration as my protein source at that point ?
Zero sodium as well as fat, the stuff could not be more clean. Yes 5 grams of carbs but of course would be carbing up that point anyway.

Just thinking it would be far less bloating at that point given all the carbs (e.g. sweet potatoes) I would be already consuming.

Members input, opinions would be appreciated!

if so....... dont change anything
if not.....i would not change anything, unless your trying to do
something dramatic the last 2 days (which NEVER works)

now if your NOT ready.......i dont see this helping you any

Use what got you to the dance.

Dont do last minute voodoo methods with things you havent experimented with.

If you dieted down a certain way (oatmeal/ rice / chicken etc etc )....and you look great 2 weeks out....stay the course and stay with what got you to the dance and keep eating the same foods as needed going into the show.

(hows that for selling products? Not too good is it? But its the truth as I see it and thats what matters.....if you dieted down on coldfiltration and look great then i would see no problem but again....stay with what got you to the dance)
