take a few hundred mgs. of the R-Lipoate and you could reduce that dose to around 1 grm. total split into four smaller doses and get the same effect as high dose vitamin C, which gets mostly pissed out anywayI’m at the point now where I find little to no use for any supplements really. I just eat good food as often as I can and don’t over eat. It’s easy being older with no appetite. But as far as supplements my only real mainstay is 3-5000 mg of vitamin c daily. It might do something because the 25 years of shotgunning high dose vitamin c after I read a book from Linus Pauling about its importance and how it actually killed cancer cells and super boosts immunities I never stopped. And I never get sick. Only a few times in my entire life have I actually had a cold or flu. Might be some truth to what that Nobel prize winner compiled
Maybe the cigs were cancelling everything out?I was taking more supplements than I could count at one point, it wasn’t random everything had a rhyme or reason but it was like 15 pills a day at one point if not more if I was taking full doses.
I did some blood work then stopped taking EVERYTHING for 3 months and did blood work again. There was no difference in any of the numbers I was specifically taking supplements for.
I still take a decent amount of stuff because I’m a hard headed donkey but just food for thought….
Not bad but not enough magnesium and selenium. Otherwise pretty good. What do you guys think about AG1 greens complex and their D3+K2 dropper set up? Its not cheap but it has replaced quite a few of the pills I used to take. It has a really large vitamin/mineral profile and doesnt taste like mother earths asshole.
But they dont list their exact mg/mcg of each vitamin and mineral etc... that I could find. Derek MPMD has a code for these guys, and I usually trust what he has to say about compounds/supplements.
Curious for more input though.

Smart Man! Those are definitely great for BB’s or males in general. I added that Qunol CoQ10 w/ubiquinol (don’t know how effective but, they add it to my compounded oxandrolone (must be helpful in some way). My HRT doc told me to take extra cuz he said the compounding place didn’t put the effective mg per pill.Top 3:Fish Oils, D3, K2.... Gotta keep that ticker healthy.
