What is your arm size?

My arms have exploded in size recently. I started using syntherol again. I started low and built up the volume over a few weeks. At first in my bi-ceps and tri-ceps then just my bi-ceps. I had no issues but just decided to do bi-ceps only. I have had a short break and they have maintained great. Now I am going to add to them and build muscle slowly this off season.

Stays around 19” cold but have gone up to 21.5”. Started 16” at 16 years old.

my arms have ALWAYS been a weak part. I've there barrel chested and thickly built, the limbs are meh. But i FINALLY hit 20" as of yesterday.
