I used to love quads, hamms but bad tendon injuries keeps me from squatting over 225, I cant do enough to make them grow anymore, best I can hope to do is maintain. That really sucks when I can still make everything else grow .... At this rate I'll be known as Billy Bench-Press in a few years :banghead:

Or, Mr. Incredible (cartoon)....he has a huge upper body and really skinny legs.
