Jealous . Shoulders are the worst for me. I have a coach (friend) that's having me hit them 3x's a week currently to see if we can bring them up. Only 2.5 weeks in, so time will tell!My least favorite is shoulders. They grow very easily, and just a few sets push so much blood into the area that it's extremely painful. I love training legs, but the first solid year of being in a gym was nothing but training legs for me. Also being short.....my weights went up progressively and everything grew easily to the point that I looked like the opposite of your general gym rat....big lower body and small upper body.
