Ways of controlling agression whilst on AAS?

I have been running test 300 cyp and 200 masteron for 2 weeks now and am already experiencing masterons hardening effect and i have also got a little bit stronger, im 238 6ft1 (not sure what bodyfat, visible abs still)

I seem to also be getting very snappy and abit agressive towards my brothers and family, its stupid things most of the time and I could do with not flipping out at people and getting pissed off, usually over my brother not washing up or leaving the fridge open.

This is a pretty low dose of masteron and im coming off the mast in 3 weeks time. I will be using trenbolone ace, masteron prop and test prop for my contest coming up in may and was wondering if i will be worse on the tren+the fact that i will be dieting and will probably be a right arsehole anyways.

So to conclude, does anyone have a certain way of remaining more calm whilst on gear? or should I just cut out the masteron now?

How old are you? Brother leaving the fridge open? How do you know it's the gear? I've seen room mates beat the hell out of each other over some stupid shit like that, and they weren't on gear. Anyway - whether I'm running, biking, or training in a gym - barring over training I always try and leave everything out there. Destroy yourself so you don't feel like destroying anything or anyone else. There are all types of strategies.
 
Just stop being a dick? Gear can make you a more aggressive version of your self but it isn't going to turn you into a raging monster. Just recognize the fact that the hormones will make you touch snappier and take a deep breath before you react to things and you will be OK.

sound advice right there pintown.....im not sure how old you are,but it also becomes easier the more mature you get

Slow down and think!!

When you see a situation that you know is aggitating , stop , breath , evaluate the situation and think , is it worth getting mad over , is it worth the hassle of arguing and stressing.

Learning to stop and think about what you are doing , what you want to do and what the possible outcome is will benifit you for the rest of your life , i see it all the time with people and road rage , they get all pissed off then next thing you know they are getting out screaming about beating your ass , they dident stop to think that the person they are trying to pick a fight with could be a big scary monster or some idiot with a gun.

Your temper is a bad thing when you can't controle it and it will cost you alot , possibly your life if you don't pay attention.

If you are this short with just a little test and mast then i highly advise that your DO NOT add tren to that situation. , Tren with a bad attitude is a bad situation brewing , throw in stress from dieting and you are likely gonna end up in trouble
 
Take it out on the iron!! Leave it at the gym! Hell its my experience if you're training hard, and furious when you're done you're far too spent and exhausted to have left over aggression.

My opinion is that the folks that give gear a bad name are pussys in the gym. They dont work hard enough to warrant being on the shit! And then are left being complete douches in thier day to day lives..also they are usually uneducated as fuck! Excessive estrogen likd a woman on her period!

If you feel u have too much aggression... work harder!

Hell i barely have energy to move after a workout and next day after.. much less enough energy to be a dick.

It's really good that you are aware you are experiencing this effect on aas. I agree that with maturity it can be easier to let things go. I see alot of younger guys, not very experienced with aas, living up to their mental expectations of aas, no matter how incorrect they may be. If you expect a compound to piss you off and make you a dick to be around, chances are it will. Drop your expectations, take your compound/s and let them do their thing and if you truly cannot control your mind on aas, stop!
 
Learn to control yourself. Those are very small doses. Your temper might go off on someone else having a bad day. That person could be some bad ass fighter and you end up hurt badly.

Not trying to be a dick, but focus on your attitude more than gear.

Haha well i plan on doing that, but with hard ass training, cardio, harsh diet and a small concution of drugs im sure I will be a bit of an ass no matter what but thankyou for the advice.

thanks for the good advice, that comment will be stuck in my head for a long time!, i was going to run the tren at 100mg a week only, just as a small boost. no need for me to abuse drugs yet.

And im not the type of guy to get into fights, never liked getting into a fight, i just see it as pointless and a way to get carted off for a night in a cell.

I will try the trenbolone for the first 2 weeks, if i am a total prick no matter what i try then ill drop it and just do prop and mast :)
 
Need to learn how to control yourself and think b4 you speak/act. I had anger issues when i first started 5 years later im calm as can be and control my actions
 
Regular visits to the gym help. I find when Im on and miss a day from the gym I am a little more tense than usual. Very rarely lash out at anyone but I can feel the tension in my mind rising and I need to tell myself to calm down
 
I think it just comes down to thinking before taking action. I have been guilty of this before but taking a moment to stop and think about whats about to happen before i let it happen does seem to help. As i have gotten older also I have learned how to deal with this more appropriately.
 
i thin some people use gear as an excuse to act the way that they really want to. i was raised that men stay in control women and children act on their feelings. that is what really makes some one a man as opposed to just "male"....:) i felt grumpier at a level of 400(pre HRT) then i did when my T level was at 5700(cycling of course).
 
Remember, you can't keep yourself from becoming irritated, you can only control how your react to that irritation. Don't keep it bottled up, learn to communicate your irritation in a mature, calm, logical manner. The SKILL is learning how to BE irritated in a mature manner, not trying to hold it in.

Very wise words... Its not easy to do in the heat of the moment but they are very wise words and worth practising
 
Rational Self Counseling...think about the way you are thinking during situations. Rationalize things before reacting. Humble yourself at all times.
