Lol.. Nope.. There are pic of roman in his teenage years before even lifting and he had the same jaw..

These are the clean meals that I have to eat. On top of that Dave wants me to have 1 pint of ice cream every day and a 9th meal of burger and fries, like Mc D´s for example. His suggested order for me is: “Double quarter pounder with cheese (hold the pickles and onion) with large fries and two apple pies.” I´m not doing the Mc D´s every day, since it would be way too expensive for me, but I definitely get that 9th meal in! A lot of times I´ll visit my mother and have her cook something up for me. A big Schnitzel, meat loaf or something like that. "

I don't get why all the clean foods followed by the ice cream and "Mc D's"...or am I misunderstanding this.

the kid had eating problems as young and is working with dave palumbo.
he told him to eat more and eat more crap.. this guy is ind this shape year around and he eat very clean because he stil have some eating problems.

Good observation and who knows? My guess would be just for the added cals. The guys is young and trains twice a day. But all I know is that I don't really know a damn thing these days. Some preach low protein, high protein, clean cals, high cals period, certain macro ratios, the list goes on and on..... Anyways, Shelby summed it up - genetics.
 
Yup, counting about 660 carbs from what is listed. Ice cream is about 100g per pint. McDonalds with two apple pies and fries...maybe 150-175? So at least 900 carbs.
 
All these stupid gh posts get annoying at times. Yes most freaks will take alot of gh. Am I the only one who sees guys with huge jaws, foreheads and hands all the time :confused: I guess they must all be on gh even the ones who have never stepped foot in the gym :banghead: Don't get me wrong I know the changes gh can bring and fast but stop it with the idiotic posts every time some freaky physique is posted.

The guy looks insane. The McD's will be for the added cals and salt. The ice cream for the cals and fat. Pre bed well there is no other time of day that your gonna not eat for 6-9 hours. A feast like that will take most of the night to digest... better than getting up every 3 hours to have a meal or shake. I should add if you wake up anyway then a shake is great. When you have the genetics and are in such an anabolic state your body burns food like it is nothing. Pro's get mentioned a lot on here... you think they are eating chicken, rice and broccoli all day... far from it.

He has that much muscle, incredible genetics, trains twice daily, is on tonnes of drugs and is young so not a surprise he can stay lean on all of that. I haven't even calculated a thing but even just scanning over it that is easily over 7k cals. It's his genetics that give him that waist even with all the food he eats... incredible bodybuilder.

Most important thing is genetics, then his gear. the rest follows....

Its amazing how bodybuilders today make bodybuilders in the 70,80s look small....

Training and food hasn't evolved, drugs have. and this is why you are getting 20yr old guys walking round at ridiculous sizes and weight....

Genetics is number 1 tho....
because just as shelby stated, i myself have seen a ton of people on 5-7000mg a week, people who use a bottle of tren a day!! and look nothing like this.

Whatever the case, bodybuilding is all about how you look, who cares about his training diet or anything else.

hmmm...

and not even strong at all which I find weird, struggles with 315 on deadlifts, 275 on military and 225 on flat bench and on curls I've seen guys with 12 inch arms curling what he does for reps! Was strong on calves and ok strong on squats which was 365 for a few reps which is nothing impressive.

I understand fast carbs but why rice cakes?

I'm assuming the crap before bed is protein, huge carbs and fat to slow it all down to stay with him during sleep fasting?

a lot of hgh, peptides, ai, t3 and maybe all year long some low dnp, clen. c mon guys. even amateurs here do stuff like 100mg dnp for months on bulk

T3, clenbutrol and dnp on a bulk? And when they get to contest preparation they just up the dose of everything right? Lol lol there might be a couple people stupid enough to do this I agree...
